Thomas Dunn Learning Center is proud to exhibit and celebrate the work of local artists in our Bimonthly themed Art Exhibits. Each Art Exhibit is celebrated with an Art Reception to introduce the artists and their works to the community. Our Art Receptions are FREE and Open to the public. We hope to see you at one of the following  Art Exhibits and Receptions:

Thursday, March 8, 2018; 7 - 9 PM - Art for Women by Women (FWBW)  This exhibit celebrates women and will be on display from March 8, 2018 - May 4, 2018.

Thursday, May 10, 2018: 7 -9 PM - Artists First STL Showcase -  This exhibit features art by people of all abilities and will be on display from May 10, 2018 - June 1, 2018. 


The Walkway Gallery at the Thomas Dunn Learning Center (TDLC) is a community gallery which features the work of local and regional artists. The exhibit space, which includes the TDLC rotunda and the walkway featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows, provides the perfect atmosphere for exhibits and artist receptions - while the TDLC Art Lab serves as a "hang suite" for guests who need room to socialize.

Most Tuesdays and Wednesdays; 3 -6 PM - OPEN Art Lab ( Join our Artist-In-Residence, Sonia Slankard, using our supplies and her demonstration in drawing, painting, sculpting, paper crafts or needle crafts. 

Most Tuesdays; 7 -8 PM - Laughter Club (Get the health benefits of a good belly laugh). 

3rd Wednesdays; 7 - 9 PM -  Sip 'n Sketch ( Life drawing for all skill levels. BYOB). 

3rd Thursdays; 12 - 1 PM - Laughter Lunch (Get the health benefits of a good belly laugh). Includes lunch $5/ per person. 

Last Saturdays: 12 - 4 PM - Soul Sewing  (Love paper crafts like origami, scrap-booking or collaging? Enjoy sewing, needlepoint, knitting or crocheting? This is the date, place and supplies are FREE)!
