Joan’s mystery trips never cease to startle participants.  On this trip to Sayersbrook Bison Ranch guests dined on bison, walked through a “lucky door,” reveled in 2500 pristine acres of lakes and meadows and looked bison right in the face.  Did you know that bison has more protein and less fat than other red meat?  And bison don’t smell!  There’s always something new to learn at Thomas Dunn Memorials.
Erna knows enough about culinary skills to teach a class herself, but she believes as we do, that there’s always more to learn.
