Registration Procedure
Only those who have registered will be admitted to a class. Please
register promptly since classes reach capacity quickly.
- For 100 Series Courses, you may download a registration form and mail to Thomas Dunn Memorials.
- For 200 Series Courses, you may download a registration form
and mail to the St. Louis Community College.
- For 300 Series Courses, you may download a registration form and mail to Thomas Dunn Memorials.
- You will not receive a confirmation letter or phone call. If you are
not notified otherwise, assume you have been accepted into the class.
Class Cancellations
- If you cannot attend a class for which you have registered, please
call to cancel so another student may take your place.
- A class may be cancelled if fewer than 12 people register or attend
the first class. Registered students will be notified of the
cancellation by mail or telephone.
- Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions will be announced on
KMOX Radio (1120 AM) or KSDK (Channel 5) television.
Program Fees
- All fees, where required, are due and payable in full with your
registration form.
- Make checks or money orders payable to Marquette Learning Institute
or St. Louis Community College as specified on the course registration
form.
- Cash is not accepted.
- Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will
automatically be cancelled from the class until full payment, plus any
incurred penalty fees, are received in our office. Should the class
reach enrollment capacity, the participant will forfeit the position and
be placed on a waiting list. Back payments must be made in full,
including penalty fees, before enrollment for subsequent semesters will
be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds will be made only if your cancellation is received by our
office 14 days before the class start date. Thank you for understanding
there are no exceptions.
- All refund checks will be mailed at the end of the semester. Please
schedule carefully to avoid delay.
